I Built a Personal Portfolio in Minutes!

Hey there, tech explorers! 👩‍💻✨

I recently got my hands on the new Replit, and let me tell you… it’s a total game-changer! I was just casually experimenting with it, and before I knew it, I had a fully functional personal portfolio website built with just a few prompts. 🤯

All I had to do was describe what I wanted—something like:

"I want a personal portfolio with a clean layout, sections for Education, Experience, Skills, Projects, Hobbies and Contact." (and a little customization later)

Within seconds, Replit started generating everything in React Typescript and Three JS just like I asked, responsive layout, and even placeholder content. I didn’t even have to write code from scratch! 😍

But wait—it gets better.

🎨 Customization? Easy-peasy!

Want to change colors? Add animations? Reword content? Insert your own photos? Replit handles it all with natural-language instructions. You literally type out what you want, and it gets it done. It’s like having a web developer in your pocket! I have added a few animations just to make it more lively. Take a look here !

       

📸 What You See is Just the Beginning

The screenshots I’ve added here are just a sneak peek. Replit created way more than what’s visible—it built out multiple pages, organized everything neatly, and even gave suggestions to improve UX. I honestly wasn’t expecting this level of polish.

💭 Will I Use and Deploy It?

Maybe... but with a twist! While Replit did an amazing job spinning up a clean, functional portfolio in minutes, I feel like it’s missing a bit of my personal touch—you know, those little design quirks and developer flair that make it truly “me.”

I’ll definitely be using this as a base (because why not, it’s super solid!), but I plan to customize and enhance it further. So stay tuned… a more personalized, polished version might go live very soon or I will create something even better! 👀✨

Well, I don't think it creates a quality code which is efficient (unless you ask for it !) or pictures in code for you, which I have tried but you’ll be surprised how far a couple of prompts can take you. 🌟
